Free Image, Photo and Clipart Storage

Most clipart archives don't allow hotlinking (embedding their images from their site directly into your website) since the costs of bandwidth are rather high in most cases, and some website hosts don't allow the storage of video, photos or clipart... So what do you do? Use free remotely hosted image services that do allow hotlinking. These image hosts are perfect for use in MySpace, LiveJournal, eBay, forum avatars, signatures etc.

These are also handy if your bandwidth is too high on your current server and you want to be able to still share photos with family and friends, or perhaps as a back up for images.

Webmaster Note: Please, if a website is giving away clipart and asks that you save the images and upload them for your personal use somewhere else.. do so! Those clipart archives do not make any money in the first place, add to that the stolen bandwidth wasted by hotlinking, and I've seen all too many amazing sites shut their doors over the years. Help keep the spirit of sharing alive on the web, don't abuse the goodwill of people offering a free service.
